CANCELLATION
POLICY
All cancellation notices and refund requests must be received
in writing.
In many programs we limit enrollment and have a waiting
list available. If you find you will not be able to attend
a course, please inform us as soon as possible. This will
allow us to inform someone on the waiting list that a seat
is available, and issue you a refund.
A cancellation form and a corporate deferred enrollment
request are available below.

Substitutions from the same company may be made at no cost
prior to the program start date.
Cancellation refunds are scheduled as follows:
A non-refundable $200 administration and materials fee
is charged for each program.
Cancellations submitted 2 or more weeks prior to start
date receive a 90% refund of the program fee.
Cancellations submitted 14 days through the start date
receive a 50% refund of program fee.
Cancellations on or after the program start date and non-attendance
will incur full program fees.
If we fill a cancelled seat from the waiting list, you
will receive a 100% refund, minus a $200 administration
and materials fee.
Through the program start date, Corporate Registrations
may request a deferred enrollment and credit towards tuition
in a future program in lieu of a refund.
