Adaptation of the A/E Species
In 1998, AMI published this survey and research
report. Part one includes fully transcribed interviews with 37 design firm CEOs
and senior executives about the future of the industry. The report includes
their candid responses about their firms, the professions, and how they plan to prepare leaders to meet the challenges of the Twenty-First Century. Part two comprises a written survey of design firm
leadership development and training practices.
