AMI offers several Peer Forums for professionals in the A/E/C industry.
These groups engage in networking, development and educational activities three
times each year.
Each group has a different focus, membership requirements,
and meeting schedule. The current AMI peer groups are:
COO Forum: Chief Operating Officers
The Chief Operating Officers Forum explores methods of improving
firm operations, and the abilities and knowledge of those responsible
for operations. Members gain inspiration, insights and energy from each
other, and this group actively investigates and develops operations
strategies and applies these in their firms. The COO Forum members
actively participate in determining the direction of the group,
meeting topics, and areas of interest.
The annual membership fee is $3,500, and membership
is by invitation. To inquire about joining the group, please
contact Lou
Marines or Roy
Johnson .
OLF: Organizational Learning Forum
The OLF is a highly valued, professional membership network for senior leaders who are involved in organizational learning. The forum provides thought leadership to support members with current information on best practices, recent trends, and technological advances in the areas of individual and organizational learning.
Members gain a deep understanding of how to impact learning and the success of their organization. Members build a network of friends in the industry to assist them along the way. The group visits sites to see and work with experts about issues related to developing a learning culture, implementing learning to impact firm performance, and developing leaders and managers within their organizations.
The annual membership fee is $3,500. More information about the program and upcoming meetings can be found in the OLF 2007-08 Program Outline. To inquire about
joining the group, please contact Joe
Rei or Lou
