Dear Large Firm Roundtable Member:
We have heard several requests from the LFRT
members for a course that will help you
develop better classes for your in house training programs, help
you train your firm's
trainers to be more effective, and to give you tools for promoting
on-the job use of
newly learned skills. This course is the answer to those requests.
The
Advanced Management Institute has created a new program for us,
featuring three
of their top experts in professional development, education,
and employee engagement
and retention. In this new course, How to Design
and Teach High-Impact Training Programs, you'll
have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Joe Rei, Cheryl
May and Leigh Branham.
High-Impact Training Programs offers
you an intensive two day program that will
teach you competency-based curriculum design, adult learning
and training skills, how to
train your trainers or help experienced trainers upgrade their
abilities. They will also
show you how to help your managers support on-the-job use of
newly learned skills
through coaching.
As always, the program features include:
- Curriculum designed for our industry and
for
the large firms.
- Small class size to maximize attention to individuals.
- Group
exercises and role-playing, to boost learning retention
and skill application.
- Participants interact with and learn
new perspectives
from their peers.
Please call Yvonne Truby at our learning partner,
the Advanced Management Institute, 707-252-2054 if you have
questions, or to reserve spots in this beneficial and informative
course.
